The Kishwaukee Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit community fine-arts endeavor composed primarily of volunteer musicians from the DeKalb - Sycamore, Illinois, area. The orchestra performs four subscription concerts each season in DeKalb, IL, in the Boutell Concert Hall of the Northern Illinois University Music Building or at the Egyptian Theatre, 135 N. Second St.
The orchestra is partially funded by the Illinois Arts Council and various sponsors, patrons, donors and contributors. At each concert a fifty-page program is given to each concert attendee with information and notes concerning that performance along with advertisements from various businesses and organizations in the DeKalb-Sycamore area. We invite you to place an advertisement in that printed program.
The cost of an advertisement for the four concerts per season is as follows:

| Quarter Page | $ 70.00 ($17.50/per) | $ 80.00 ($20/per) |
There will be an additional $20 fee for any ad that requires editing. (This does not include ad creation.)

Please print and submit this order form along with original artwork or on a disk as a TIF or EPS file. All artwork will be returned to you at your request. Ads must be photo-ready. No text changes can be made.
